Cambridge Start up - VC backed

The Talent Collective are working with a Cambridge Start up, looking for an exceptional Oxbridge graduate or early-career professional to join us as our Founder's Associate.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the founders, gaining first-hand experience of what it takes to build a world-changing deep-tech company. From commercial strategy and fundraising to customer engagement, market intelligence and business operations, you'll be involved in the decisions that shape their growth.

About You

You might have studied a STEM subject at Oxford or Cambridge or had an internship/work experience from a top-tier strategy consulting firm
