About PMDX

Company Description

Private Markets Data Exchange (PMDX) is a neutral data infrastructure layer built to modernize how private markets participants exchange information. Instead of passing documents and re-keying the same capital call data across multiple systems, PMDX enables General Partners, Limited Partners, Funds of Funds, and fund administrators to share structured, validated data in real time. By design, no single participant, including PMDX, can control the network in a way that compromises its integrity, fostering trusted, shared infrastructure. The network is already live, with founding cohort members operating on it today. PMDX exists to make private markets truly connected and data-driven.

Why this role exists

Every great company has people who were there from the very beginning. The people who grew with the business, helped shape the culture, learned every part of the organisation, and became tomorrow's leaders. This is one of those opportunities.

PMDX is building the digital infrastructure that private markets has always needed, and we are looking for someone exceptional to join us at the very start of that journey.

Not because you already know the industry. Because you have the curiosity, attitude and ambition to learn it.

We don't recruit on experience. We recruit on potential.

We can teach private markets. We can teach technology. We can teach marketing. We can teach operations.

What we can't teach is attitude. We're looking for someone who turns up every day wanting to become better than they were yesterday.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
