Neverless is on a mission to make every financial asset in the world accessible to every investor on the planet — crypto, equities, derivatives, and whatever comes next — through a single, beautifully simple platform.

We are building the financial super-app that the next generation actually deserves. Not a bank dressed up with a card, not a crypto exchange bolted onto a stock picker — but a fully integrated investment platform, built from scratch with the architecture to handle it all. We move at startup speed while holding ourselves to institutional regulatory standards, because we believe those two things aren't in contradiction — they're the only way to win long-term.

We are backed by top-tier investors including Connect Ventures, Lakestar, and others.

We are looking for an exceptionally driven and ambitious individual to work directly with the founders on the most complex and consequential problems across Neverless. The ideal candidate is an independent operator who executes at high intensity, breaks down hard problems with rigour, and moves fast from analysis to action.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
