About Fundflow
Fundflow is building the first AI-native investment bank for the innovation economy. Founded by Goldman alumni, we combine vast deal experience with AI-first execution to deliver best-in-class capital market services to the tech ecosystem.
Where digital banks redefined retail banking for good, investment banking has barely evolved. Wall Street still runs on armies of analysts and PowerPoints to deliver a service that is slow, costly, and outdated - keeping great advice out of reach for most founders.
Our mission is to change this.
Purpose-built from real deal experience, our AI platform automates the manual work in credit advisory and turns deal data into actionable intelligence. This enables our bankers to deliver smarter advice, faster execution, and better outcomes for our clients.
And it's working. Fundflow has already raised over $1Bn in private credit for startups - from $10M venture debt rounds to $200M pre-IPO facilities - establishing Fundflow as a trusted partner to founders and lenders alike. We're now growing our investment banking team to scale this impact across Europe.
Job Description
We're looking for an exceptional operator who wants to build the company, not just support it.
As Founders Associate at Fundflow, you'll work directly with the founders to set the company up for scale: market launches, investor materials, deal operations, finance ops, and the frameworks that keep it all running. You'll find every workflow ready for AI, rebuild it, and make your own admin disappear.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This is a high-trust and high impact generalist role with real ownership from day one, and a path into a leadership role as we scale.
What you will do
- Run strategic projects across the company. Market launches, designing the roadmap, fundraising prep, the occasional fire - whatever tops the founders' priority list, you take it from idea to production.
- Build our operational setup from scratch. Deal operations, finance, reporting, hiring: put in place the processes we'll need as we scale, before we need them.
- Automate the boring parts of your own job. If a workflow can be handled by AI, set it up that way. The manual share of this role should shrink every month.
- Be the connective tissue. Bankers, engineers, founders, external partners - you make sure problems get mapped, decisions get made and nothing gets dropped.
What we are looking for
- High-Potential Operator: Typically 2-4 years in consulting, banking, or a fast-growing startup - you've compressed a lot of learning into a few years and have outgrown your current scope. We care about problems you've solved and how fast you level up, not a specific CV shape.
- Comfortable in the mess: You bring order to ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly, and execute without being chased.
- AI Native: Real affinity with LLMs and automating workflows - your instinct is to build a system or set up an automation, not to add hours. You've already used AI to remove work, not just to draft emails.
- High Trust, High Judgment: You'll see our numbers, deals, and plans early. Financial services background helps but isn't required.
