With over 30 years of combined tech services expertise and deep knowledge of frontier AI deployments, they serve as a dedicated 'AI department' for their clients, enabling them to thrive in the digital age. Having successfully raised capital from a prominent founder at Dawn Capital and boasting support from leading operators at Lovable, HuggingFace, Intercom, OpenAI, and DeepMind, their mission is to supercharge a million workers. They are now seeking a talented High-Impact Generalist to join their dynamic team in London.
About the Role:
This is a critical, high-impact generalist position working directly with the three founders, taking ownership of the most vital tasks each week. It's designed for an ambitious individual eager to tackle undefined problems, build foundational processes, and drive tangible outcomes across various business functions. The role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by the prospect of growing into a functional leadership position. You will contribute to everything from financial modelling and customer commitments to board materials, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of an innovative AI company.

Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver critical, undefined problems from inception to completion, demonstrating measurable results.
- Develop and refine financial models, interrogate complex data sets, and defend conclusions with robust analysis.
- Produce clear, concise, and impactful written communications, including internal memos, updates, and board materials.
- Automate personal workflows and build custom tools to enhance efficiency, rather than solely relying on existing software.
- Proactively set priorities aligned with overarching business outcomes, requiring minimal task breakdown.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, including compensation, board discussions, and commercial agreements.
- Collaborate closely with founders across diverse strategic and operational initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive them to successful resolution.
- Exceptional numeracy, with experience in building financial models and data-driven analysis.
- Outstanding written communication skills, capable of producing high-quality, professional documentation.
- Demonstrable AI fluency, including automating personal tasks or building simple tools.
- Strong agency, setting priorities independently against desired outcomes without micro-management.
- A visible peak in achievement from academic, athletic, entrepreneurial, or early professional pursuits.
- Unquestionable discretion when handling confidential and sensitive company information.
- Experience in high-tempo analytical environments like consulting, banking, VC, or early-stage startups is a plus.
