Great Ideas Are Easy. Making Them Work Is the Hard Part.
Some people are at their best generating ideas. Others are at their best taking an idea, working out what needs to happen and turning it into something real.
We’re looking for the second kind.
Working directly with an established founder/entrepreneur alongside a small team, you’ll take new commercial ideas and turn them into structured, executable projects with a clear route to market.
That could mean launching a new service, entering a new market, implementing new technology or helping establish an entirely new business.
You won’t always be handed a perfect brief or finished project plan. You’ll be trusted to figure things out, build the plan, find the right people, solve problems and get things moving.
The founder brings the vision. You bring the traction.

About Us
We’re a fast-growing technology incubator bringing to market new features for our existing online learning platform as well as creating exciting projects for new markets.
This business is one of several companies within an established and growing group, alongside the already successful core business. It combines the opportunity to help build and shape something fresh with the backing, experience and infrastructure of a group that has already demonstrated its ability to build successful businesses.
With plenty of ambition for what comes next, we’re now exploring new products, services, technologies and commercial opportunities that can build on our success and create new avenues for growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

From Idea to Commercial Reality
Working closely with the founder in a small team, you’ll take promising ideas and turn them into structured, commercially viable projects.
From new products and services to new markets, technologies and revenue streams, you’ll work out what needs to happen, build the plan, bring together the right people and resources, and drive each project through to launch.
You’ll manage several projects at once, solve problems as they arise and keep momentum high.
The goal is simple: turn great ideas into reality and commercial success.
About You
Your current title could be Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Strategic Projects, Commercial Projects, New Ventures or Product Developer.
The title matters less than what you’ve actually done.
We’re looking for evidence that you’ve taken loosely defined ideas or business problems and turned them into something tangible and commercially valuable.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Turning new business ideas into clear, practical execution plans
- Running multiple projects simultaneously from scope through to launch
- Researching markets, technologies, suppliers and commercial partners
- Assessing new opportunities and helping determine the best route forward
- Sourcing and managing suppliers, consultants and specialists
- Using technology, AI and automation to create smarter, scalable solutions
- Improving processes and ways of working across the business
- Managing scope, priorities, risks, costs and commercial outcomes
- Solving problems independently and keeping projects moving
- Reporting progress clearly to the founder and wider team
You’ll bring:
- A highly organised, commercially minded problem-solver with strong project management skills and the confidence to work independently across multiple priorities.
- An understanding of customers, revenue and business viability.
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders.
- Comfort in finding and managing the right external expertise when needed.
- Technological curiosity and confidence beyond the surface level, with a practical understanding of digital systems, AI and automation.
- Familiarity with concepts such as CRM integrations, APIs and automation.

The Person Behind the CV
This role needs someone who is structured without being bureaucratic, commercially curious, highly organised and naturally resourceful.
When you encounter something you haven't done before, your instinct is to research it, find the right people, work out a solution and move forward.
You don't need to be the entrepreneur in the room.
You need to be exceptionally good at making things happen.

Some projects will become new products or services within the existing business. Others could develop into entirely separate ventures - there will be so much exciting variety.
It's an opportunity to have genuine autonomy, build things from the ground up and see the commercial impact of your work.
