About Marloo

Marloo is building the AI partner for financial advisers. Advisers focus on clients while Marloo handles the rest.

They guide people through the most important decisions of their financial lives and the software built for them has never been worthy of that. We intend to build the company that changes it and to become the system every advice firm in the world runs on.

In under a year we have onboarded more than 1,000 paying firms across eight countries with almost zero churn. Revenue is growing 37% month on month on average. In May we raised a $10m seed led by Blackbird Ventures. Blackbird was the first and largest investor in Canva.

We are at an inflection point. Join now and you will help shape the future of advice.

The role

Founders Associates work directly with Marloo's founders on the most important work in the business. You will be part of a small team operating out of the office of the founders, embedded at the highest level of the company, with visibility into every major decision we make.

You take ownership of what matters most, whatever function it sits in. That means driving the initiatives that decide the quarter, picking up the gaps nobody owns yet, and carrying the work that would otherwise sit on a founder. You will watch a company scale across eight markets in real time and own pieces of it yourself within weeks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you will do

  • Work directly with the founders on the most important commercial and customer initiatives in the business
  • Get close enough to a problem to have a view, then build the business case for what we should do about it, and sell it to key stakeholders
  • Turn a decision into a plan with names and dates against it, and keep engineering, product and GTM moving until it is live
  • Represent Marloo with the senior leadership of our biggest firms, and be the person they call when a founder is not in the room
  • You think quantitatively. You can size a market, model a decision and know when the number you are looking at is wrong
  • Carry what you learn in the field back into the roadmap, so the next hundred firms get a better product than the last
  • Find the work nobody owns, and own it before anyone asks
  • Pitch in, because everyone at Marloo talks to customers

That's the role, so who are you?

We are looking for exceptional people who have consistently delivered in demanding environments and want to do the most significant work of their career. Track record matters, but what we are really after is a learning rate that never levels off and an appetite to be uncomfortable.

  • You have two to four years at a top tier consulting, investment banking, private equity or high growth tech firm, operating at the sharp end alongside a STEM or similarly quantitative degree
  • You are a power user of AI tools, with claude, Codex or Cursor built into how you work. You get bored solving the same problem twice and automate the repeatable parts rather than absorbing them
  • You take clear ownership, moving without perfect information and correcting course quickly
  • You write with precision, can hold a room of senior people, and earn an engineering team's trust the same afternoon, translating complex material for any audience
  • You build alignment across functions and earn trust internally
  • You are curious about financial advice, and how firms are structured, regulated and paid. You do not need to know it already, but the curiosity is not optional
  • You are in the office five days, in London and up for travel
