GTM Founder's Associate | Climate Tech | London
I’m working with a fast-growing Climate Tech / SaaS business that is transforming the way the home renewables industry operates.
They’ve built a technology platform that helps businesses manage the end-to-end installation journey, making it faster, more efficient and easier to scale. The business has already gained significant traction across the UK and, following a recent Seed funding round, is now expanding its product and market opportunity.
They’re looking for a GTM Founder's Associate to work directly with the founders across growth, marketing, sales and commercial strategy.
What you'll be doing
- Running growth experiments across marketing and GTM
- Creating and managing ads, creative and content
- Producing customer testimonials, short-form copy, social content, email campaigns and onboarding materials
- Supporting Sales & Customer Success by building systems and processes that improve efficiency
- Analysing customer and commercial data to identify opportunities and improve conversion
- Tracking marketing and sales funnels and helping determine where to focus next
- Working closely with the founders on a wide variety of strategic and commercial projects

What we're looking for
You’ll have 1–6 years’ experience and could come from a variety of backgrounds. Direct experience in this exact role isn't essential.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Relentlessly proactive – takes ownership, spots opportunities and gets things done
- A brilliant communicator who can write concise, compelling copy and explain complex ideas simply
- Highly analytical – comfortable with numbers, data and Excel
- A natural people person who can quickly build relationships
- Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- An AI whizz – significantly ahead of the average user when it comes to LLMs, automation and using AI to solve problems
- Excited by Climate Tech, sustainability and the energy transition
