Founder’s Associate
London | In-person | Full-time | £50,000–£60,000
Build a new way of exploring the world through sport. theklub. brings people together through sport, movement and real-life connection. Our platform combines trips hosted by athletes, coaches and community leaders, curated stays for sport and wellness, and bespoke experiences for clubs, communities and companies.
We are building the technology to make these experiences possible globally. We are still a small team, which means every person has real ownership and a direct influence on what we build.
The role
You will work directly with the founders on the priorities that shape theklub.’s growth. The role combines strategic thinking, commercial projects and hands-on execution, giving you the opportunity to learn how an early-stage company is built while making a visible contribution to its progress.
You will help turn open questions into clear decisions, improve how we work and take projects through to completion. Your priorities will evolve as the business grows, so you will need to enjoy variety, bring structure to ambiguity and be willing to get into the detail.

What you will do
- Own highly strategic projects, coordinating partners, actions and deadlines across the business.
- Help develop commercial opportunities and build relationships with external partners.
- Design and improve internal processes, reporting and ways of working.
- Research markets, competitors and growth opportunities, turning your findings into clear recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to turn customer feedback into practical improvements to our product and experiences.
- Prepare concise presentations, analysis and materials that support company planning, investor reporting and decision-making.
What we are looking for
- A strong interest in sport, travel and the combination of the two, and motivation to help build a business with global potential.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to turn information into useful insights.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including concise presentations, memos and reports.
- Strong organisation and project management skills, with dependable follow-through across multiple priorities.
- Initiative, ownership and sound judgement, alongside the ability to work closely with founders and the wider team.
- A degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience in startups, consulting, operations or business development would be useful.
- Right to work in the UK and availability to work in person in London.
