As part of our next phase of development, our visionary founder, Ben Hobbis is hoping to add a team around him to challenge the work of the organisation and develop our portfolio further.
What difference will you make?
Regardless of the role you take on, you would be shaping the organisations work to the next level. You would have a key, strategic responsibility in helping us grow and develop further.
What are we looking for?
- We are looking for someone who is a visionary, strategic and ambitious.
- Someone who genuinely cares about the causes we are involved in and wants to make a difference.
- Someone who has a good sense of humour, is a great people connector and enjoys being around others.
- Ideally, someone who is a fellow founder, an executive leader or director/C-suite level executive in their day job.
- A great communicator and time manager.
- Brings a range of skills, qualities and experiences with them.

What will you be doing?
Role Purpose
The role is designed very much to be designed with the prospective volunteers in mind - we don't have a'strict mould' for you to fit into just a number of ideas / areas of responsibility in mind.
Roles
We are looking for people who could do a range / blend of things
- Act as advisory board members to our Founder and CEO, in a governance capacity supporting and challenging on all aspects of our work.
- Co-founding and/or strategic leadership of some of our latest projects including launching an international arm to Step Up, as well as Ben's involvement in other causes to do with the arts and tutoring education. This would include roles at chief officer and managing director level to be discussed or in a supporting role.

Responsibilities
These would be discussed with the successful volunteers.
Time Commitment
2-5 hours per week.
Location
Hybrid - mostly remote with some in-person commitments depending on the role.
