Who We Are
80% of the workers across the globe are Deskless. These are the people who keep our lights on and gas flowing, build roads and bridges, run our manufacturing factories, ensure that we get healthcare service, and provide us with reliable phone and internet connectivity. As entrepreneurs, have we considered solving their problems and making them more productive?
Zinier is a company on a mission to empower frontline workers - and the people supporting them - to achieve greater things for themselves and the world around them. With the majority of workers worldwide being deskless, Zinier recognizes the need for Technology Equity to improve the lives and productivity of these workers who keep the world up and running.
We have global team headquartered in Silicon Valley, with a hybrid workforce across the United States, Canada, Europe, Latin America, Singapore, and Bangalore, India, with leading investors that include Accel, ICONIQ Capital, Founders Fund, Newfund Capital, NGP Capital, Tiger Global Management, and Qualcomm Ventures LLC.
What We Are Looking For
If you are someone who has a passion for technology and startups, has a natural knack of taking ownership and solving diverse problems, believes in making a difference for the world’s 2.7 B Deskless Workers engaged in field operations, and wants to grow your career in a venture-funded Silicon Valley tech company - you have come to the right place. We would like to meet you.
This role will work closely with Zinier’s Co-Founder and CEO and exective team on some of the most important strategic initiatives across the company.
You will work across the entire business, from product, commercial, technology, services to operational transformation, gaining a front-row seat to how a global B2B PaaS company scales.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to work directly with company leadership on high-impact initiatives, this role offers a rare opportunity to do exactly that.
What The Role Offers
You will partner closely with Global Chief Transformation Officer, our Co-Founder and CEO on enhancing their effectiveness by managing key initiatives, facilitating internal communication, and aligning organizational priorities. Specifically,
- Driving Efficiency: Support the development of company-wide metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to drive efficiency. Drive company objectives and tracking KPIs to measure performance. Coordinate cross-team initiatives and ensure key leadership priorities are executed effectively.
- Lead Transformational Projects: Lead special projects from concept through execution in a fast-moving startup environment. Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to drive strategic initiatives forward.
- Opportunity Analysis: Analyze operational and business data to identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability. Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions that improve execution and team alignment.
- Decision Making and Communication: Drive efficiency in key leadership meetings through effective prioritization of business and operational imperatives. Support the preparation of strategic presentations, internal reviews, and leadership updates.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
