FOUNDER'S SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

COMPANY: FLIGHTSTORY

REPORTING TO: SHORT FORM DIRECTOR

LOCATION: LONDON BASED, WITH GLOBAL TRAVEL

ABOUT FLIGHTSTORY

We are a media and investment company, and we are on a mission to elevate the stories, build the communities, and support the founders that inspire a happier, healthier humanity. We scale creator-led media, ventures, and communities.

YOUR MISSION

To lead the day-to-day management of Steven’s personal brand across social media platforms, ensuring high-impact storytelling that grows audience, reach, and influence. This role sits at the heart of the Founder Storytelling Team, shaping how Steven shows up online by transforming ideas, insights, and moments into compelling social content. You will be the voice behind the presence—crafting, publishing, and optimising posts that reflect our founder’s voice while driving meaningful engagement.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You’re a social-native storyteller with a sharp pen and sharp instincts.

  • You’ve run or managed social channels at pace, know how to speak in someone else’s voice, and can turn a single idea into five formats.
  • You’re organised, responsive, and know what good looks like on social—not just in theory, but in practice.
  • You thrive working behind the scenes to help a founder show up powerfully and consistently online.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
