The Players Fund (TPF)
The Players Fund (TPF) is a venture platform working at the intersection of sport, culture, and technology. We partner with elite athletes, artists, sports organisations, and tier-one co-investors to build and back ambitious companies.
We are hiring a Founders Technical Associate to work directly with one of the founders. This is a high-ownership, high-learning role focused on operations, systems building, and value creation across the platform. The best version of this role continuously automates and elevates itself into more strategic work over time.
You will gain exposure across venture capital, sports partnerships (including organisations such as Juventus, Como 1907 and Aston Martin F1), and athlete/artist engagement — operating at the centre of how TPF functions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
