Company Description

Be-Incremental is a scaling Bootstrapped MarTech startup. We’re growing quickly and working with global enterprise brands - and now we’re looking for our first Account Executive to help scale the next stage of growth.

Role Description

Full time remote position - Founding Account Executive

Be-Incremental is looking for our first Account Executive. We’re a scaling, bootstrapped startup solving a multi-billion dollar problem, helping global enterprise brands stop wasting budget on branded search. We’re looking for a high-energy Closer with MarTech / Agency background to own the full sales cycle and build our GTM playbook from the ground up. If you're looking for a role where pipeline, messaging, and process are already built - this probably isn't the right fit.

Working with and reporting to the founders, you will play a key role in driving our global expansion and growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Drive New Business: Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing. You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline of Enterprise and Mid-Market customers.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive demos. You aren’t just selling a tool; you are educating CMOs and Growth Leads on a new way to measure and optimize incrementality.
  • Pipeline Generation: While we provide inbound leads, you are a hunter. You will use LinkedIn, cold outreach, and your own network to identify and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Build the GTM Playbook: As our first AE, you will work directly with the founders to refine our messaging, create sales collateral, and build a repeatable sales process from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role, ideally within MarTech, AdTech, or SEO/Search tools
  • The "Marketer DNA”: You have a working knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem, specifically Google Ads and the tension between Paid and Organic search.
  • Executive Presence: You are comfortable being the 'expert in the room.' You can confidently guide a conversation with a skeptical VP or CMO, helping them navigate complex internal budget discussions to secure the purchase.
  • Proven Hunter: A track record of meeting and exceeding quota in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strategic Storyteller: You have the ability to take complex data and turn it into a compelling ROI story for C-level executives.
  • The Startup Grit: You are a motivated self-starter who doesn’t need a manual. You are excited by the challenge of being the first sales hire in a bootstrapped company.
  • Native-level English: Superior verbal and written communication skills are a must for this global-facing role.
