About Zango
Zango is building the AI compliance layer for financial services. We are backed by tier 1 investors across the US, UK, EU and Asia and since inception in 2024, we are already working with some of the largest financial institutions across the EU, UK and US.
The Role
This is a unique time to be selling to enterprises. As companies deploy AI agents across operations they are more open than ever to working with innovative startups. The momentum we've built over the last 12 months has helped us build a strong pipeline of tier 1 names across banking, insurance and asset management, and we're expanding our commercial team to capitalise on the opportunity ahead to accelerate our growth further. We're looking for a commercial leader who can combine strategic insight, advisory, and trusted relationships to help shape how AI enters these institutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
