Founding Account Executive
London | £60,000–£85,000 + Double OTE + Equity

I'm currently recruiting for a Founding Account Executive to join an early-stage, well-funded B2B software business that is scaling across Europe. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who wants to join a company early, take genuine ownership of new business and grow into a senior/enterprise sales position as the business scales.

The Role

As a Founding Account Executive, you'll take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation through to closing new business. You'll be selling a B2B software platform into banks, fintechs and wider financial services organisations, helping businesses automate complex compliance, verification and risk processes. This is a pure hunter role, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable generating their own pipeline, opening doors and closing complex, enterprise-level deals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience within FinTech, RegTech, KYC, KYB, AML, identity, fraud or Cybersecurity would be highly relevant, but isn't essential. Strong candidates from broader B2B SaaS and software backgrounds will also be considered.

The Opportunity

This isn't a role for someone looking to step into an established enterprise sales machine. You'll be joining early, with the opportunity to own new business, work closely with the leadership team and play a significant part in building the company's next stage of growth. For the right person, there's a genuine opportunity to grow with the business and progress into a senior enterprise sales position as the team expands.
