About CoComply
CoComply is building AI-native External Workforce Management, the control layer that brings services spend under management at major corporations, typically 500 to 5,000 employees.
Services spend, consultants, contractors, agencies, SOW suppliers, is the second-largest line on the corporate P&L and the least governed. It falls between HR, Procurement, Legal and Finance, owned by no function and tracked by no system end to end. Worker classification rules have made that gap expensive, and in the UK, HMRC has shown it will collect.
CoComply is the control layer that fixes this. We closed our venture round in April 2026, have real revenue traction with recognisable enterprise names in the pipeline, and are building for a multi-billion pound global market.
The Opportunity
We are hiring our second Founding Account Executive, joining a growing commercial team as we scale. You'll report directly to the Sales Director and work alongside our first AE and our SDRs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This is a genuine 360 role. You'll build roughly half your pipeline yourself through outbound and network, and close the other half from meetings booked by our SDR team. You'll run the full cycle: discovery, demo, business case, negotiation, close.
This is a foundational hire for someone who wants real ownership early. You'll help shape how CoComply sells, not inherit a playbook that's already fixed.
What You Will Own
Pipeline Generation
- Build and work a balanced pipeline: roughly 50% self-sourced through your own outbound and network, 50% from SDR-generated meetings
- Prospect into target accounts across CFO, HR Director, Procurement Director and Tax functions at large UK employers
- Work closely with SDRs to sharpen targeting, messaging and handover quality
Full-Cycle Sales
- Run discovery using a structured, question-led methodology, not a pitch
- Lead demos, build business cases, and negotiate commercial terms including multi-year agreements
- Own forecast accuracy and CRM hygiene in HubSpot across every stage of your pipeline
Playbook & Team
- Feed real prospect language, objections and win/loss insight back into the sales process
- Partner with the Sales Director on quota setting, deal strategy and territory planning
- Support SDR development, including joint calls and coaching where useful
