πŸš€ Founding Account Executive β€” Employee Benefits Fintech | Backed by Notion Capital

Β£75–95K base + double OTE + significant equity | London (hybrid)

This isn't a "join a growing team" post. This is a seat next to the founder, building the commercial engine from scratch.

We're working with an early-stage UK fintech reshaping how employees access pay, benefits, and financial wellbeing β€” backed by Notion Capital, the same investors behind GoCardless and Paddle, two of the UK's most successful fintech stories.

Already trusted by names like Daily Mail & General Trust, LVMH, and Warner Hotels. Heading into Series A. Momentum is real, and this hire is who takes it there.

βœ… This is for you if:

  • You've carried quota and beaten it β€” consistently, not once
  • You've been the founding or first commercial hire before, or you've been dying for the chance
  • You want to build the process, not follow one someone else already wrote
  • You think in equity and outcomes, not just OTE
  • You're energized by consultative, multi-stakeholder selling into HR and People leaders
  • You want in early enough that your name is part of the story when this hits Series B and beyond

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right β€” and where to focus when applying.

🎯 Must-haves:

  • Direct experience selling into HR Directors, Heads of People, or CHROs as your primary buyer
  • Ideally, experience selling to Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits leaders specifically β€” this is a huge plus
  • A track record navigating multi-stakeholder, consultative sales cycles (not transactional, high-velocity deals)
  • 3–6+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or fintech

❌ Don't apply if:

  • You need a fully-built playbook, established brand, or a 50-person sales floor around you
  • You're looking for a lateral move with the same ceiling you already have
  • You want to coast on inbound β€” this is a hunter's seat
  • You're not comfortable being visible, accountable, and close to the founder every single day

This is a high-bar, high-upside role. We're only speaking with people who've genuinely done the "build it from nothing" thing before, or have spent their whole career waiting for the shot.
