Founding Account Executive — AI-Native GTM | London (4-days) | £100k base + uncapped upside
Stellar startup building the trust layer for how the world's most regulated companies bring products to market. Think banks, fintechs, and healthcare providers — industries where every launch gets stuck in compliance review.
The role:
This isn't a seat where you're handed a script. You'll own the full cycle — outbound, discovery, close — and build the playbooks, CRM, and tooling that let this function scale past you. As the company grows, you're first in line to build and lead the team underneath this role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll do:
- Hunt and close new business, full-cycle, working directly with the founders
- Build the commercial infrastructure — CRM, sequencing, reporting — from the ground up
- Work a warm engine already fed by content, events, and community
- Shape pricing, positioning and GTM strategy at the table, not after the fact
What they're looking for:
- 5+ years in outbound-heavy sales/GTM, having risen through the ranks at a startup
- A genuine hunter — phone and in-person first, not hiding behind email
- Proven ownership of a full commercial cycle, ideally with process or team-building under your belt
- Comfortable holding a real conversation on a technical, regulated product
- Based in London, 4 days a week in office — this is a build-in-the-room role, not a remote one
