Founding Account Executive, SaaS (UK & Europe)

Are you passionate about selling SaaS solutions and excited by the opportunity to help build a market for a global leader in ecommerce technology?

With an established global business and growing presence across the UK and Europe, we’re looking for a Founding Account Executive based in the UK to drive net new business and help elevate our market presence across two critical growth markets.

About ShipperHQ:

ShipperHQ is a trusted leader in the e-commerce shipping space, with over 15 years of experience helping merchants deliver better checkout experiences. Founded in 2009, we power shipping logic and checkout optimization for thousands of brands, from DTC disruptors to enterprise retailers, in 150+ countries. Based in Austin with a global team, we’re a fast-moving, product-led company shaping the future of e-commerce logistics.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial e-commerce/SaaS seller to join ShipperHQ as our Founding Account Executive for the UK and Europe, a pivotal role in shaping our sales presence and strategy across the region.

You’ll be both a builder and a seller, driving scalable growth through net new business while helping construct how we win in these markets. From prospecting and pipeline creation through discovery, negotiation and close, you’ll own the full sales cycle while helping shape our regional sales strategy, playbook, messaging and approach to market.

This is an opportunity to put your fingerprints on something meaningful with the goal of helping us lead and expand the team in the future. You’ll bring what you’re learning in market directly into how we sell, where we focus and how we scale, with the backing of an established product and global team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
