Opereit
We are Opereit, a Barcelona startup building the agentic platform for logistics operations. Logistics today runs on fragmented systems, unstructured data and endless manual workflows that traditional software was never built to handle. Every year, billions are lost to errors, service failures and operational issues that are resolved too slowly, manually, or not at all.
We are changing that with AI agents that can understand logistics data, reason through complex cases and take action. Today, our agents audit invoices, manage carrier claims and recover money directly for our customers. That is only the beginning. Every shipment processed improves the platform, helping us build a network of specialised agents capable of running logistics workflows autonomously.
We recently raised >€2M in pre-seed funding from top-tier investors in London, Paris and Spain. We are a lean team operating in Founder Mode, where outcomes, hunger and speed matter most. We are growing extremely fast and expanding across Europe.
The Role
We're looking for a hunter to drive Opereit's growth in UK. You'll own pipeline and revenue on the ground: finding the opportunities, opening the doors, and closing the deals in one of Europe's biggest B2C parcel markets.
You won't be doing it alone. You'll work hand-in-hand with the UK launch team and your colleagues in HQ to win the geo together. You bring the commercial voice back to the rest of the company to sharpen our approach to winning in the UK even more.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Tasks
What you'll do
- Own your pipeline end to end: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, close
- Hunt. Open new B2C accounts in UK and build a repeatable motion from what works
- Land landmark customers and turn early wins into momentum for the whole geo
- Work closely with the launch team to win the market on the ground
- Partner with the Revenue team at HQ on strategy, positioning, and playbooks
- Be the voice of your market internally: feed insights back into product, pricing, and GTM
- Represent Opereit with customers, partners, and the wider logistics community in the UK
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 4+ years selling logistics solutions to B2C companies (e.g. retailers, fashion companies, online brands).
- If those logistics solutions were focused on Courier / Express / Parcel (CEP) logistics and/or if these solutions were tech-focused that would be a big plus
- A true hunter: you love opening doors, building pipeline from scratch, and chasing an ambitious number
- Affinity with technology: you're comfortable selling a platform, not just a service, and curious about how the product actually works
- High ownership and independence: a genuine self-starter who's at home with a blank page and doesn't wait to be told
- Comfortable working with data and explaining ROI to operations, finance, and C-suite stakeholders alike
- Fluency in English
