🚀 Summary of the role

We’re growing exponentially. Human interactions sit at the heart of what makes us successful. This role will be central to maintaining the personal touch with our rapidly growing network of installers.

You will be the primary point of contact for installers from their first onboarding call, helping them to get the most from our ever-expanding range of services and grow faster. You will design and implement systems that increase your leverage, improve your capacity and elevate the quality of service that you can deliver.

You'll report to our Platform Director, and work alongside our operations team day to day. We run a flat structure, so this will be your area to own and develop.

🌍 About us: Ample

Ample is bringing UK homes into the 21st century. We built the UK's only fully managed, financially protected heat pump subscription, so a homeowner moves to clean heating for a monthly figure instead of a five-figure bill. We’re now expanding this to the whole home energy stack (heating, cooling, energy storage).

That works because we deeply understand installers and the challenges that hold them back. We remove friction so they can excel at what matters - delivering exceptional service and engineering.
We're venture-backed and scaling towards thousands of installations a year. We use AI across the business, from operations to outreach to product, and we expect everyone here to do the same.

🛠 What you will do

  • Own the installer relationship. Every installer has a go-to person. That's you. You'll speak to them regularly and know what's happening in their world.
  • Grow the accounts we already have. An installer doing two jobs a month should be doing six. You'll work out what's in the way — capacity, confidence, lead flow, finance approval rates — and remove it.
  • Spot the ones going quiet. You'll watch activity, notice signals before they become issues, and act on it before it becomes churn.
  • Be their installer voice inside Ample. When the portal is awkward or a process is slow, you'll take it to the engineering and operations teams with the evidence to get it changed.
  • Build the playbook. You'll write the book on how we ensure every installer gets the most out of Ample.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

🌱 How this role grows

  • 0–3 months: learn the business, get your foundations set, build solid relationships with early customers.
  • 3–12 months: work with the team to identify areas we can improve, both in terms of customer experience and internal processes. Then make these improvements happen.

🔎 What we're looking for

Three to six years managing relationships with businesses, and you're ready to own a network rather than a list. We're not looking for someone who closes hard, we're looking for someone installers will be glad to hear from.

You should apply if most of this sounds like you:

  • You've managed accounts, partners or franchisees, and carried a retention or growth number against them
  • You're comfortable with business owners — tradespeople, operators, founders — and you understand that their time is their money
  • You're fluent with AI tools and you use them to get more done
  • You pick up the phone. Relationship work doesn't happen over email alone
  • You're data driven with an organised mind and systematic approach
  • You can find the cause of a problem rather than the symptom, and you enjoy it
  • You want to build the function, not inherit it

Nice to have:

  • Home improvement, field services, construction or energy
  • A CRM you know well (we run HubSpot)
  • You've worked somewhere small enough that the process didn't exist yet

Not required: A specific degree. Heat pump knowledge — we'll teach you that.

A note on diversity: We welcome applications from anyone who thinks they would be good at this job. Don't match every line above? Apply anyway and tell us why you'd be good at this.

🤝 Perks and compensation

  • Salary: £45,000 – £55,000, matched to your experience, plus performance-linked incentives
  • Equity: EMI share options at a pre-series A valuation.
  • Progression: You can take this role as far as you are able - sky’s the limit.
  • Office-first: We believe the creative magic (and best learning!) happens in person. We work together most days from our Fitzrovia office, a short walk from Regent’s Park. Remote working in moderation is totally fine.
  • Kit: a Macbook, access to a suite of the latest AI tooling and access to an expert AI-native team to learn from.
  • Holiday: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays
  • Real Impact: Every clean heating system we install saves 24 tonnes of carbon, so you can use plastic straws and take flights without feeling guilty.
