Snapshot of the role:
- Own and grow enterprise accounts, with a real focus on expansion and net revenue retention
- Take customers from initial POC through to wider adoption across the business
- Multi-thread across complex accounts, working with senior and technical stakeholders
- Identify new use cases and commercial opportunities within existing customers
- Work closely with the founders and founding GTM team on some of the company's most important accounts
- Help shape the AM playbook as the business moves towards its next stage of growth
What we are looking for:
- 3–5+ years in Account Management / Customer Success with genuine commercial ownership
- Experience working in an early-stage SaaS business where you've had to build, adapt and operate without an established playbook
- Strong exposure to AI, automation or highly technical SaaS products
- A proven track record of expanding and growing B2B SaaS accounts
- Strong executive presence and comfortable running strategic conversations with senior stakeholders
- Commercial, proactive and comfortable identifying new opportunities within existing accounts
