Founding Enterprise Account Executive | AI / RegTech | London | £110k–£130k Base + 2x OTE + Equity

Want to be one of the first commercial hires at an AI company already selling into major financial institutions?

We’re partnering with an early-stage, venture-backed AI business that is rethinking how banks and regulated organisations manage complex regulatory compliance.

Their platform combines AI agents with regulatory intelligence to automate and streamline compliance workflows — helping financial institutions tackle processes that have traditionally been manual, complex and time-consuming.

This is a genuine build-stage opportunity.

You won’t be stepping into a mature sales organisation with a fully defined territory, established playbook and endless SDR-generated meetings. Instead, you’ll work closely with the founders to win strategic enterprise customers, develop the GTM motion and help shape how the commercial function scales.

The role:

  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation through to close.
  • Sell an innovative AI / RegTech platform into Tier 1 banks and major financial institutions.
  • Build senior relationships across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Innovation and Transformation.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying processes.
  • Turn sophisticated AI and regulatory use cases into clear, measurable commercial value.
  • Work directly with the founders to refine ICP, messaging, GTM strategy and sales processes.
  • Play a key role in building the foundations of the commercial organisation as the company scales.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is an opportunity to join an AI-native company at a pivotal point in its growth, with genuine influence over how the business goes to market.

You’ll work directly with the founders, sell into some of the world’s largest financial institutions and have meaningful ownership over your territory, pipeline and commercial strategy.
