Ready to build a UK sales engine from scratch, with a proven playbook and real customers already validating the model?
This is your shot to become the founding commercial hire for a fast-scaling voice AI company, with an existing blueprint to build from rather than a blank page.
We're partnering with a high-growth, VC-backed startup. Our client recently closed a strong 15M round from top-tier investors and is led by a commercially sharp founding team with deep product and GTM expertise. They've already proven the model in their home market, live customers, outbound traction, and industry-specific playbooks, and are now looking for an ambitious, high-energy Founding AE to build the UK out from the ground up.
Quick Facts
- 🚀 Already scaling fast, with multiple millions in ARR
- 🧠 UK market already partially validated, outbound traction, existing customers, and social proof to build from
What They're Building
A voice AI platform that automates high-volume customer conversations, voice, WhatsApp, SMS and more, for consumer-facing businesses. Think: an AI layer that takes on the repetitive, high-volume conversations call centres struggle to scale, so human teams can focus on what actually needs them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
