About Connect Growth OS
Connect Growth OS is building a marketing decision intelligence platform that helps CMOs understand what is driving revenue, where their next £1 of marketing budget should go, and what action they should take next. Our attribution engine already combines Shapley and Markov modelling, and we are now building the wider platform around it, including data ingestion, marginal ROAS, response curves, budget optimisation, scenario planning and an AI Analyst.
We are looking for a strong hands-on engineer to work closely with our Chief Data Scientist and founding team.
The Role
You will help turn our modelling work into a scalable product. Initial priorities will include:
- Building data pipelines and integrations
- Connecting platforms such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot and Salesforce
- Developing a common marketing data model
- Productionising Shapley and Markov attribution
- Supporting marginal ROAS and response-curve modelling
- Building backend services and APIs
- Helping develop our AI Analyst
- Improving testing, monitoring, deployment and scalability

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
