Based in London, they are redefining the $150bn mobile gaming industry by creating an agent system that transforms a simple game idea into a fully shipped product on the App Store.
Job Description
You will own the agent system that transforms a game spec into a shipped product. Working at the intersection of AI and gaming, you'll build the routing layer, evaluation tooling, and custom runtimes to automate game development. This is a high-intensity founding role based in-person in Central London, offering true system ownership.

What You Will Do
- Design and operate the complete pipeline from initial specification to shipped build, covering planning, code generation, review, and automated release.
- Develop internal evaluation and regression tooling to automatically measure output quality and catch failures within the agentic development loops.
- Build a custom routing layer and retrieval system to optimize model selection based on quality, latency, and cost for every generation step.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience building multi-step LLM production pipelines, tool-using agents, or sophisticated evaluation infrastructure in a professional or high-stakes environment.
- Strong systems engineering background with deep proficiency in TypeScript or another high-level language and a passion for testing new model frontiers.
- Thrive in high-intensity, founder-level environments and enjoy working in person five days a week from a central London office.
