Founding AI Engineer | Early-Stage AI Start-Up | Fully Remote
Founding AI Engineer required to join an early-stage AI start-up building ambitious AI products from the ground up.
You’ll join as one of the earliest technical hires, working closely with the founders to build the core AI technology, shape the technical direction, and turn new ideas into production-ready products. This is a fully remote opportunity with significant ownership, autonomy, and meaningful equity.
You are:
- A strong AI / Machine Learning Engineer with excellent software engineering fundamentals
- Highly proficient in Python
- Experienced building and deploying AI-powered products into production
- Comfortable working with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, Machine Learning, or other modern AI technologies
- Able to take problems from experimentation and prototyping through to production
- Highly autonomous and comfortable operating in an early-stage environment
