Avyn is a London-based startup building an AI analyst for private markets. They help investment funds identify high-potential deals that would otherwise be missed. With live revenue and paying customers already secured, Avyn is scaling its three-person engineering team to automate complex financial analysis using cutting-edge AI workflows.
Job Description
As the fourth engineer at Avyn, you will work directly with the CEO and CTO to build and scale the AI analyst platform. You'll own features end-to-end, from data pipelines to CRM integrations. This role requires a deep understanding of AI-native development and a passion for building robust, high-impact systems in the private equity space.

What You Will Do
- Build and optimize complex data pipelines and AI workflows to automate the discovery of investment opportunities in private markets.
- Own the end-to-end development of new features, including CRM integrations and core service architecture, from initial customer discovery to production release.
- Collaboratively design and maintain the underlying infrastructure and data models to ensure the platform scales efficiently alongside a growing customer base.
The ideal candidate
- Holds a STEM or Economics degree from a top-tier university and demonstrates strong fundamentals in computer science and mathematical problem-solving.
- Proven ability to build with AI-native tools and a deep curiosity to understand the "how" behind the systems, rather than just making code run.
- Exhibits high agency and an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, five-day-a-week in-office environment located in Holborn, London.
