As a founding engineer, you will bridge the gap between complex AI agents and professional workflows. You will build end-to-end features that allow experts to interact with and verify agentic outputs for large-scale infrastructure projects. This role combines full-stack development with sophisticated LLM engineering to transform how critical global infrastructure is managed and financed.

What You Will Do
- Design and deploy production-scale LLM agents and multi-agent workflows using Python and modern AI orchestration tooling.
- Build responsive, data-heavy frontend interfaces that allow users to review, correct, and verify complex AI-generated reports.
- Work across the full stack to turn ambiguous user needs into reliable, production-ready features that drive revenue.

The ideal candidate
- At least 4 years of professional engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping and maintaining production-scale software.
- Meaningful experience building agent architectures, managing context engineering, and designing effective human-in-the-loop AI workflows.
- Strong technical fundamentals evidenced by a top-tier university degree, success in hard competitions, or ownership of major open-source projects.
