Ready to be one of the first sellers at a high-growth SaaS startup, and fast-track into an AE role in under a year?

This is a rare chance to get in at the ground floor and help build a GTM engine from day one. We're partnering with a high-growth, early-stage B2B SaaS company selling into modern tech businesses. Led by a hands-on, commercially sharp founding team, they've built a product with clear market fit and are now ready to scale their outbound engine, fast.

They're looking for an ambitious, high-energy Founding Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their lean team in London and help turn cold outreach into real pipeline.

Quick Facts

  • πŸš€ Founding GTM hire, you'll help shape the sales playbook from scratch
  • 🧠 Direct day-to-day access to the founder
  • πŸ’° Competitive base + fast-track promotion to AE targeted at ~6 months

Location

  • πŸ“Œ London, United Kingdom
  • 🏒 Hybrid, office-preferred, with remote flexibility

What You'll Do

  • Own outbound prospecting into mid-market and enterprise tech companies β€” turning target accounts into qualified meetings
  • Run high-volume, personalised outreach (cold calls, email, LinkedIn) that cuts through the noise
  • Book and hand off quality meetings to founders and AEs, directly contributing to closed ARR
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder on ICP refinement and messaging iteration
  • Manage your activity and pipeline in HubSpot with discipline and rigour
  • Help lay the groundwork for a sales org that will scale significantly over the next 12 months

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why Join?

This isn't a role where you sit in a big sales team and work a defined territory. This is a founding GTM hire, one of the first dedicated sellers at a company that's building something real, with a founder who'll invest directly in your growth.

The path to AE is explicit, the timeline is fast, and the impact you have in the next 6–12 months will shape the commercial foundation of this business. If you're hungry, outbound-obsessed, and ready to bet on yourself in an early-stage environment, this is your moment.
