About the Role
We're looking for our first Founding Brand & Content Creator to help shape MotionSkills from day one. You'll work directly with the Founder to build a distinctive brand, create engaging content and grow a community people genuinely want to be part of.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop and grow the MotionSkills brand identity.
- Build the new Edtech personal brand through storytelling and thought leadership.
- Produce short-form videos, graphics, carousels and creative campaigns.
- Use AI tools to improve creativity and productivity.
- Spot trends and turn ideas into content that earns attention.
- Help grow and engage our online community.
- Support launches, webinars and live events.

About You
- Experience creating content for brands, founders or startups.
- A strong creative portfolio.
- Storytelling, branding and social media skills.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
- Curious about AI, innovation and the future of work.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently.
Bonus Experience
- AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Startup or SaaS environments.
- Education, technology or creator brands.
- International audiences and communities.
