Company Description
BuyFrame is a commercial intelligence company helping fast-growing fintech and payments businesses scale how they price, approve and activate revenue. Our xFRAME platform connects the commercial workflows that often sit across spreadsheets, CRM, Finance, Legal and Operations, then adds intelligence to help teams move faster, drive revenue velocity, protect margin while competing more effectively. We are still early in our growth, which means the people joining now will have a real role in shaping how the company goes to market.
We're looking for a Founding BDR to help us build our pipeline across growth-stage companies, particularly Series B, C and D businesses. This isn't a high-volume outbound role. You'll work with a focused group of target accounts, research those businesses properly, understand where BuyFrame could add value and find the right people to speak to.
Our target customers are typically companies that have found product-market fit and are now dealing with the commercial complexity that comes with scale. They may be entering new markets, introducing new products, expanding their sales teams or finding that pricing decisions which once worked informally are becoming harder to manage.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How We Work
- We're not looking for someone to make 100 calls a day or send thousands of generic emails.
- We'd rather you understand 30 to 50 high-potential accounts properly than superficially contact hundreds.
- A company raising a Series C, entering three new markets and hiring a VP Sales might be far more interesting to us than a much larger company with no obvious reason to rethink pricing.
- Your job is to spot those signals, understand what they might mean and turn them into relevant commercial conversations.
What Success Looks Like
- Success means consistently creating conversations with the right people in high-growth companies where pricing is becoming a strategic problem.
- We're interested in the quality of the opportunities you create, not simply the volume of activity.
- If you'd rather understand why a company just raised $50m and what it plans to do with it before contacting them instead of sending 500 identical emails, we'd like to hear from you.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
