Job Title: Founding Channel and Alliances Manager EMEA Company: Series A - Cybersecurity vendor Location: Remote UK Start Date: ASAP
Executive Overview Our client is a rapidly expanding and well-funded enterprise cybersecurity start-up. They provide critical security solutions for global enterprises that are deploying next-generation digital tools and AI agents at scale. Experiencing significant momentum, they are now building out their European footprint.
I am seeking their Founding EMEA Channel & Alliances Manager to build and execute the GTM blueprint required to build a 100% Channel-Driven Business.
The Mission In this role, you will build, recruit, and scale the EMEA partner ecosystem from scratch:
- Partner Recruitment: Identify, onboard, and activate strategic partners across GSIs, MSSPs, Value-Added Resellers, and Cloud Service Providers
- MSSP & Boutique Enablement: Build managed service offerings with top-tier MSSPs and specialised security boutiques.
- GSI Co-Sell Engine: Drive high-leverage services and advisory practices with global and regional system integrators.
- Commercial Execution: Partner with regional sales leadership to drive co-sell motions and build a multi-million-pound partner-sourced pipeline.

What My Client is Looking For Cybersecurity & SaaS Pedigree: Proven track record in channel development, alliances, or partner recruitment within cybersecurity or cloud-native software. EMEA Experience: Hands-on experience building and managing partner networks across core European markets (UK&I, DACH, France, Benelux). Startup Grit: You thrive in early-stage environments where things are defined on the fly. You do not need a corporate playbook, established brand awareness, or a large team to create momentum. Active Channel Builder: You possess a hunter mindset - capable of getting a partner's attention, articulating value, and driving real service practices rather than managing passive relationships. Location: Based in the UK (with willingness to travel across EMEA for partner events, roundtables, and industry trade shows).
