We have a working product foundation, this is well past an MVP, and are looking for a Founding CTO to lead the next stage of development.
THE ROLE
This is a hands-on founding position, not a traditional corporate CTO role. You will:
- Own the technical architecture and engineering roadmap
- Lead iOS, platform, data, and AI development
- Build secure, scalable health-data infrastructure
- Oversee privacy, security, and regulatory compliance
- Recruit and lead the future engineering team
- Support product development, partnerships, and fundraising
- Move confidently between strategy and hands-on delivery

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience building data-driven, AI, or health-technology products
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, APIs, and data engineering
- Experience with iOS health data, wearables, or connected devices
- Understanding of AI-assisted analytics and responsible AI
- Knowledge of UK and EU health-data privacy requirements
- The ability to write code and operate as a strategic founding partner
- Clear communication, commercial awareness, and an entrepreneurial mindset
COMPENSATION
This is an equity-based co-founder opportunity, with salary dependent on the company’s funding stage.
