We are developing a podcast and documentary storytelling platform
We are developing a podcast and documentary storytelling platform that seeks to give space to real human experiences — particularly stories connected to childhood sexual abuse, ASE, survival, resilience, and social neglect.
What difference will you make?
This role is critical to helping Tell My Truth and Shame the Devil C.I.C. build the operational foundations needed to scale its impact nationally and internationally.
What are we looking for?
Qualifications’/Experience
- Strong real-world experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of scalability, reliability, storage, compute, networking and disaster recovery.
- Infrastructure-as-code and automation experience.
- Comfortable designing infrastructure that may grow substantially over time.
- Practical mindset someone who enjoys building reliable foundations, not just producing diagrams.

What will you be doing?
- Design the infrastructure foundation underneath SHG.
- Define cloud environments, hosting, storage, networking, backups and recovery.
- Build for scalability, resilience and operational efficiency.
- Establish standards that allow different organisations to operate safely without reinventing infrastructure.
- Work closely with Security, DevOps and Enterprise Architecture.
