You know how to sell.

You have built relationships, opened doors, won customers and delivered revenue. You may also have reached the point where another senior sales role starts to feel like more of the same.

The team is already there. The strategy is already set. The targets are already decided. And your upside is largely defined for you.

This opportunity is different.

We are looking for an exceptional commercial operator who wants more ownership, more freedom and significantly more upside.

Someone who wants to take what they have learned, use the relationships they have built and help build something they can genuinely own a part of.

You'll work directly with the founders, take ownership of commercial growth across the recruitment-agency market and help shape how we go to market, win customers and scale.

You won't inherit the playbook. You'll write it.

The opportunity

You'll be responsible for driving growth across our recruitment-agency market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Initially, you'll be hands-on, building relationships, creating pipeline and winning customers. As the business scales, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead the commercial team around you.

You'll:

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy
  • Build relationships with recruitment agency owners, CEOs and senior decision-makers
  • Generate pipeline and win new business
  • Manage the sales process from first conversation to close
  • Develop our sales process, positioning and go-to-market approach
  • Turn what works into a repeatable commercial engine

Who we're looking for

Your title matters less than what you've achieved.

You could be a Commercial Director, Sales Director, VP Sales, CRO, Head of Sales, Strategic Sales Leader or high-performing Senior Account Executive.

You might come from recruitment technology, HRTech, RecTech, SaaS, AI or a related B2B environment.

We're looking for someone with:

  • The confidence to create opportunities rather than wait for them
  • A proven track record of winning new business
  • A strong network within the recruitment industry
  • Strong commercial judgement and relationship-building ability
  • Ambition, drive and a competitive mindset
  • The ability to operate autonomously and make things happen
