Job Description
As the Founding Commercial Lead, you will work directly with the founder to build Nuba rewards' commercial function from scratch. Working three days per week, you will convert advisor introductions into partnerships, manage the sales pipeline, and drive outreach within the BTR and residential sectors to secure and launch property pilots.

What You Will Do
- Build and manage a targeted pipeline of BTR and residential property operators, converting introductions into signed partnerships and live pilots.
- Execute direct outreach and work alongside the founder on pitches, commercial proposals, and closing negotiations with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate partner onboarding and implementation with the wider team while feeding resident feedback into the product proposition.
The ideal candidate
- Two to six years of commercial experience in proptech, build-to-rent, or residential property management with a track record of closing deals.
- Commercially assertive and persistent, with the ability to hold substantive conversations about occupancy, renewals, and resident retention.
- Highly resourceful and self-directed operator who can translate high-level strategy into concrete next steps and signed contracts.
