About NeuroChoice

NeuroChoice Ltd is a UK-based neurotechnology company developing AI-powered, non-invasive neural intelligence platforms that transform brain signals into practical solutions across three strategic markets:

  • NeuroChoice Insights™ – Enterprise neural intelligence for product, customer, and market decision-making.
  • NeuroChoice Connect™ – Assistive communication technology for people with severe speech or motor impairment.
  • NeuroChoice Secure™ – Evidence-governed institutional decision-support technology designed with scientific integrity, auditability, privacy, and responsible-use safeguards.

Our technology foundation is well established. We are now entering the next stage of commercial validation, strategic partnerships, pilot deployment, and investment readiness.

To help lead this transition, we are seeking a Founding Commercial & Partnerships Director who will work directly with the Founder to build NeuroChoice’s commercial organisation.

Your Mission

Transform NeuroChoice from an advanced deep-tech startup into a commercially successful international company by securing strategic partnerships, enterprise pilots, customers, investors, and long-term commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute NeuroChoice’s global commercial strategy.
  • Build strategic partnerships across healthcare, enterprise, government, accessibility, and international markets.
  • Secure pilot programmes with leading organisations.
  • Develop relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centres, government agencies, distributors, retailers, luxury brands, and strategic technology partners.
  • Lead business development, commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and partnership agreements.
  • Support fundraising activities and investor engagement.
  • Translate complex neurotechnology into compelling commercial value propositions.
  • Build NeuroChoice’s future commercial organisation.
  • Identify international expansion opportunities, particularly across the UK, Europe, GCC, and North America.
  • Protect NeuroChoice’s scientific integrity, ethical principles, confidentiality, and responsible-use standards throughout commercialisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
