Founding Content Strategist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Founding Content Strategist based in United Kingdom.
This is a high-ownership content role for a strategist and writer who wants to define how an ambitious AI company communicates with the market.
You will own the full content function, from strategy and founder-led social content to product launches, blog posts, announcements, and video scripts.
Working without a content team or copywriters, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and personally bring ideas from concept to publication.
You will partner closely with creative leadership to ensure messaging, storytelling, and visual execution work together across launches and campaigns.
The role requires strong editorial judgment, a data-informed approach, and the ability to identify what resonates and quickly adapt what does not.
AI will be integrated throughout your workflow, from research and drafting to analysis and distribution, with your judgment and taste serving as the final filter.
This is a fast-paced, remote-first opportunity with significant autonomy, direct impact, and the chance to shape the voice of an emerging category.
Accountabilities:
- Own the organization's content strategy and execution across all public-facing channels, either writing the content directly or providing final approval.
- Develop and manage founder-led LinkedIn strategies and company social channels, including writing, publishing, and measuring performance.
- Lead the content component of product launches, including announcements, blog posts, social sequences, and founder communications.
- Write scripts for product and marketing videos, working closely with creative leadership to bring concepts to life.
- Monitor content trends, high-performing posts, and developments both within and outside the category to develop actionable points of view.
- Analyze content performance to understand what drives meaningful outcomes and identify opportunities for increased impact.
- Discontinue ineffective content approaches and continuously refine strategy based on evidence and results.
- Use AI tools extensively across research, drafting, analysis, optimization, and distribution while maintaining a strong human editorial standard.
- Build a consistent and differentiated brand voice across channels and ensure every piece of content supports broader business and marketing objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
