Company Description
Most companies build AI to make things faster. We built it to make enterprise data trustworthy. Staple AI is the trust layer that sits beneath every document-intensive workflow in global enterprises, turning chaotic, unstructured data into verified, auditable regulator-ready intelligence. With proprietary AI and cryptographic methods, Staple has developed persistent intelligence for the enterprise. Whereas artificial intelligence guesses its responses, persistent intelligence already knows the answers.
We are post-revenue, growing fast, and trusted by organizations like financial institutions, Fortune 50 enterprises and Global 1000 multinationals. We venture-backed and now investing in the UK and EU as a growth market, and we're looking for the person who will build our presence there from the ground up.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Country/Regional Manager based in the United Kingdom, with flexibility for some remote work.
This is not a maintenance role for an established territory. It's a builder's role for someone who wants outsized ownership early in their career: the chance to define how Staple wins in the UK and EU, close the first wave of deals personally, and grow into a senior leadership position as the region scales. You'll have direct authority to negotiate on deals within agreed parameters.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll do
- Own the full UK & EU sales cycle end to end: prospecting, outbound, demos, negotiation, and close
- Generate pipeline every day. This is a high-activity, high-volume outbound role. We have leads and partnerships, and you will need to nurture and grow those relationships.
- Build and run the UK/EU go-to-market plan: target accounts, messaging, pricing, and early channel partnerships.
- Negotiate on deals directly, within agreed limits.
- Represent Staple at UK and EU industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
- Build the early playbook and pipeline, and help hire the first UK/EU team members as the region grows.
- Report on pipeline, forecasts, and market feedback directly to leadership.
What you'll bring
Above all, hunger.
- A track record (even an early one) in sales or business development, with a genuine appetite to build something rather than maintain it.
- Real comfort with high-volume outbound work: cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach. You pick up the phone without being asked twice.
- Exposure to financial services, enterprise software, or B2B SaaS sales is a plus, but not a requirement.
- An entrepreneurial, resourceful streak. You don't need a big budget or a big team to make things happen.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders at financial institutions.
- Based in the UK, with the right to work in the UK and willing to travel across the UK and EU as the role requires.

What's in it for you
- Real authority from day one: deals, market strategy input, and a direct line to the CEO.
- Equity that reflects a founding-level contribution to the region.
- A base salary plus uncapped commission, so your upside grows directly with what you close.
- A clear path to grow into a Country Director or VP-level role as UK/EU revenue scales.
- The chance to say you built a region, not just worked in one.
Qualifications
- An insatiable desire to win, and proof that you've lived and delivered with that ethos in your life and career.
- Some technical fluency around data, AI and enterprise software, even if it's self-taught. But be warned: you need to know your stuff.
