Ringo is building a global connectivity platform powered by eSIM technology, enabling seamless international mobile data access without physical SIM cards. As we soft-launch our MVP and expand internationally, eSIM reliability, roaming performance, device compatibility, and telecom infrastructure partnerships are becoming core competitive advantages. We are looking for a Founding CTO & Co-Founder to architect and lead the technical backbone of the company, combining telecommunications infrastructure leadership, platform architecture, device engineering, and telecom partnership development. You will work directly with the founder to design, build, and scale a global telecom platform from the ground up.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
