Founding Customer Success Manager | Health Tech Startup | £60k | Equity | London | Hybrid

Wundertalent has partnered with a venture backed health tech startup experiencing an exciting period of growth. The business launched its product this year and sold out its initial batches, generating 650+ customers across the UK and the US.

They are now looking for a Founding Customer Success Manager to join their team of 5 and build the customer success function from scratch. You'll own all customer interactions (chat, email, phone), design onboarding playbooks, establish CS metrics, and scale the customer experience as the company grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Key responsibilities:

  • Customer onboarding and support
  • Build systems and processes (you'll be creating the playbooks, not following them)
  • Track customer health and retention metrics
  • Feed customer feedback back to product and marketing

Who you are:

  • 4-5 years in Customer Success or account management
  • Early hire at a startup (ideally built CS from the ground up before)
  • Builder and doer. You handle customer interactions directly, design processes, wear multiple hats.
  • Analytical. Comfortable establishing metrics and tracking what matters.
  • Warm communicator. Genuinely relationship-driven.
  • Startup hunger. Excited about scaling something early-stage.
