What are we looking for?
Qualifications’/Experience
- Strong practical cybersecurity and security architecture experience.
- Understanding of identity, access control, authentication, authorisation and encryption.
- Experience designing security into systems from the beginning rather than adding it afterwards.
- Good understanding of monitoring, threat detection, incident response and security principles.
- Able to balance strong security with usable systems.

What will you be doing?
- Design the security architecture across Tell Shame.
- Establish identity, access and security standards across organisations and platforms.
- Protect sensitive member, operational and financial information.
- Design security monitoring and incident-response capabilities.
- Work with every technical role to ensure security is part of the architecture rather than a separate layer.
