We're partnering with an innovative business building its data science capability in-house for the first time. Join them at the ground floor to shape the future of their data function and directly impact customer retention and business strategy.
The Role
- Shape and define the data science function from the ground up
- Take ownership of the full data science lifecycle, from modelling to production-ready solutions
- Focus initially on customer churn and complaint propensity, forecasting, and predictive modelling
- Build models, document methodologies, and establish scalable approaches
- Work independently to take models from concept through to productionisation

What You'll Need
- Strong commercial Data Science / Machine Learning experience
- Proven experience building customer churn / propensity models
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience taking ML models into production
- Ability to design and document modelling approaches from scratch
- Experience working with subscription, recurring revenue, or service-based businesses
