Spectrum Search Deployment Strategist Opportunity
Spectrum Search is partnered with an early-stage AI technology company deploying enterprise software into complex, regulated environments. The company is building its deployment capability in London and is looking for its first dedicated Deployment Strategist to work directly with founders, engineers and senior customer stakeholders.
About the Opportunity
This is a founding deployment role with significant ownership over how enterprise customers adopt and expand the product. You will lead live customer deployments, translate operational challenges into clear product requirements and help establish the playbook for future implementations.
The role sits at the intersection of strategy, implementation, product and enterprise stakeholder management. It suits someone comfortable operating without an established playbook who can bring structure to ambiguous customer environments.
The Role
You will own the non-engineering side of multiple enterprise pilots, working closely with customers and the internal engineering team to move deployments from initial implementation through to broader adoption.
You will be expected to understand complex workflows quickly, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and turn customer requirements into actionable priorities for technical teams. You will also use AI tools to build prototypes and demonstrations that support customer conversations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
