BUILDING A MORE RESILIENT WORLD

At ClaimSorted, we're building a more resilient world - one where people and businesses have the confidence to pursue bigger opportunities. We're doing this by transforming how insurance delivers on its most important promise: helping people and businesses recover when things go wrong.

The world's largest insurers and Fortune 500 companies work with us to handle claims and manage risk more efficiently, so they - and the people they protect - can move forward with confidence.

Backed by Y Combinator, Atomico and Eurazeo, we grew 10x in the past year - and we're just getting started.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Founding Deployment Strategist to own what happens after an AI system is built - making sure every automation we ship actually gets adopted, trusted, and used the way it was designed to be.

  • You'll own the rollout, not just the build - define how a new automation gets introduced to claims teams: who needs training, what changes in their workflow, and how we know it's actually landed
  • You'll be the bridge between engineering and the people using what they build - translate what claims handlers need into deployment plans engineering can execute against, and translate technical capability back into something non-technical teams can actually use
  • You'll make adoption measurable, not assumed - track usage, gather feedback, and flag when a deployed automation isn't landing the way it should, before it becomes a bigger problem

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We love working together in the office, so this is a full-time, office-based role in our London office. We're a tight-knit team that genuinely enjoys building this together, and we think you'll feel that from day one.

WHO YOU ARE

We care more about hunger and grit than years on a resume. You might come from a technical program management, solutions consulting, or product operations background — what matters is you can sit between a technical team and a non-technical one and make both sides successful.

  • Strong understanding of how AI/agentic systems actually work — enough to have a real conversation with engineers, even if you're not writing the code yourself
  • Excellent at translating technical capability into plain language — you can explain what an automation does and why it matters to someone with no technical background
  • Structured and process-minded — you can design a rollout plan, not just react to one going wrong
  • Comfortable owning outcomes you don't fully control — adoption depends on people, not just good engineering, and you know how to influence both
