Job Description
As the first dedicated DevOps hire at Requesty Ltd, you will architect and own the infrastructure powering mission-critical LLM inference. You’ll manage Kubernetes clusters, design secure CI/CD pipelines, and redefine the technical stack alongside the founders. This is a high-impact, hands-on role building the backbone for global AI applications.

What You Will Do
- Architect and manage production Kubernetes infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability for the core LLM gateway.
- Design and implement robust technical processes for CI/CD, developer velocity, and integrated security practices across Go and Python services.
- Collaborate with the founders to evolve the infrastructure stack, selecting tools for telemetry, analytics, and distributed caching.
The ideal candidate
- Brings 5+ years of experience deploying and managing production services on Kubernetes with a deep understanding of infrastructure best practices.
- Possesses a startup mindset with a proven track record of building from scratch and thriving in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Combines broad DevOps expertise in IaC and observability with a pragmatic approach to security that enables rather than hinders development.
