Join Us in Building the Future of AI Recruitment

GRAIXL is an AI startup transforming the way companies hire. Our platform helps organisations screen, assess and shortlist candidates using AI, enabling faster hiring, better decisions and a significantly improved candidate experience. We're now looking for a Founding Director – Commercial Growth to help build our commercial presence across Europe.

This is not a traditional corporate sales role. It's an opportunity to become part of our founding leadership team, shape our commercial strategy, and share in the long-term success of the company.

About the Role

As an early-stage startup, we're looking for a builder, not a manager. While you'll work closely with our founders and have the support of our SDR team, this is a highly hands-on role. You won't inherit a large sales organisation or a mature pipeline. Instead, you'll play a key role in creating both. If you're excited by building something from the ground up, creating opportunities, influencing strategy and making a real impact, this role is for you.

Your Mission

Your mission is simple: Build revenue.

You'll be responsible for driving GRAIXL's commercial growth across Europe by identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and closing enterprise customers. You'll work directly with the founders and have a significant influence on the future direction of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
