Company Description

Graixl is a European-focused technology company helping IT recruitment agencies screen candidates faster, more accurately, and at lower cost by fully automating the first interview round. Its platform supports screening in 50+ languages and assesses real problem-solving capabilities through voice interviews, emphasizing logical reasoning and communication skills. Every candidate receives a structured evaluation report, enabling agencies to build shortlists quickly and consistently. Graixl is currently partnering with a select group of recruitment agencies through “The Foundation 5 Partner Programme” to co-create smarter, more reliable screening processes. Role Description

The Founding Director – Commercial Growth (Europe) is a full-time remote role responsible for building and scaling Graixl’s commercial presence across European markets. This role involves defining and executing a go-to-market strategy, identifying and prioritizing target segments, and leading outreach to IT recruitment agencies to grow the partner base. The Director will manage the full commercial lifecycle, including sourcing and qualifying leads, conducting discovery and product demos, negotiating agreements, and nurturing long-term partner relationships.

  • Working closely with product and operations teams to align solutions with market needs.
  • Overseeing pilot and onboarding projects with new agencies.
  • Tracking performance metrics to improve conversion and retention.

As a founding commercial leader, the individual will also shape sales processes, contribute to marketing messaging, and help build a small, high-performing growth team over time.

Qualifications

  • Strong commercial acumen with proven skills in Sales and Business Development, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing strategic partnerships.
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data, partner feedback, and performance metrics, and to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Project Management capabilities to oversee partner onboarding, pilot implementations, and cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Marketing experience to support go-to-market efforts, refine positioning, and collaborate on campaigns targeting European IT recruitment agencies.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or recruitment/HR-tech markets in Europe, with familiarity in selling to agencies or professional services firms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-changing environment, with the ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in commercial leadership roles.
